The Wig Hanger is not responsible for any additional fees such as currency conversion fees or bank processing fees that may be charged by your financial institution.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be:
- In the same condition as received (unworn/unused)
- With tags and in the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

7. Where should I send my return?

We’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions once your return request is accepted. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@thewighanger.com if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
9. Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
- Return the original item following our return process.
- Place a new order for the item you want.
10. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
